Do's
> Practice your speech > Use a scrip or cue cards > Give the audience eye contact > At the end, thank your audience and ask if they have any questions |
Don'ts
> Hide behind objects, e.g. desks > Stand when you are not speaking. Ensure there are chairs for the whole group. > Panic if you lose track of what you are saying |
Presentations
Your teacher will guide you through the presentations.
Remember, being a respectful member of the audience is just as important as giving a good presentation. While listening to the presentations, try and sill in as much of the attached worksheet as possible. |
Following the completion of the presentations, spend time reviewing the worksheet as a class following instruction from your teacher.
Homework - Due lesson 11
Next lesson will be the last on new theory for Unit 1. During lesson 12 you will be set a end of unit test. To help prepare for the test, please play the game linked on the opposite button. You must show a screen shot of you name next to a score of 200+ on the leader board for to show you have completed your homework. This can be a print out of on a mobile phone. |
