Next lesson you are going to sit a full mock examination for everything you have studied so far in unit 1 (Rights & responsibilities and Power, politics and the media). This is different from the controlled assessments for Units 2 and 4 that you have already undertaken, as it is a traditional examination so you will not be able to bring any support materials in to help you.

Hints & Tips - sitting a formal exam
> Always read the front of the paper, it gives you lots of important information for example, how long the exam lasts and which answers carry marks for spelling, punctuation and grammar > Always write in the space provided, answers written in blank areas will not be marked > Before undertaking an answer read the question carefully and check how the marks are awarded. |
